Drop Ship Program

In an effort to increase our sales and to assist you reducing inventory levels and shipping costs, we are proud to announce the implementation of our Drop Ship Program.

Here are the running rules!

1. As always, we have no minimum purchase amount or minimum quantity.

2. There will be a $1.50 fee for each drop shipped order.  This fee will be manually added to your invoice total at the time we fulfill the order.

3. We will ship to your customer, located anywhere in the contiguous 48 states.  Sorry, we cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii. 

4. No international shipping.

5. There will be NO paper work enclosed in the shipment to your customer.  We also commit to not placing any of our advertising in your customers shipment.  Please do not ask us to place items in the box on your behalf.  You will be responsible for invoicing your customer. 

6. We will not be providing tracking or delivery confirmation to your customer. You will continue to receive the same notifications you get today.

7. Leather & fashion items are warehoused in Ohio.  All other products are warehoused in Kansas City.  It may require more than one shipment to fulfill the entire order.

8.  No backorders.  We make every effort to maintain operating inventory levels, however, in the case of out of stock items we will notify you and you will need to reorder later.

9. To assist us in identifying your dropship orders, we will ask you to please input DROPSHIP in the PROMO field that is located on the checkout page. 

10. Please be aware.  There is a box located under the SHIP TO fields on the Check page that is titled "Update Customer Record With This Information", and you will want to uncheck the box.  If you fail to uncheck the box, the new shipping info you input will become you permanent SHIP TO record.

11. RETURNS & EXCHANGES - Returns & exchanges need to be initiated within 5 days of the receipt of the shipment.  You will be responsible for the return shipping expenses and the shipping expenses for replacement items.  Non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

12. DEFECTIVE ITEMS - We will replace all defective items or refund the purchase. We will be responsible for return shipping expenses and shipping expenses for replacement items.  We reserve the right to choice the mode and carrier.
